If there is a defect in the inflatable upon arrival there will be no charge. Depending on the situation, if the bouncer is damaged due to a preventable circumstance (EX: shoes or high heels, someone cut it, or sharp objects on clothes or food and stainable products), then a repair fee of $400-$600 will be required. If the inflatable is damaged beyond repair; then replacement cost at MSRP will be required.
